30 DAY ONLINE STORE REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have ordered the wrong size, you may exchange it in person at 417 S. 22nd Street, Camp Hill, PA, 17011. Prior arrangements must be made.
Exchanges for online orders cannot be made at Salt ‘n Light Events.
If you cannot exchange the item in person, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs both ways when exchanging an item where the wrong size was ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing will take 3-5 business days once exchanged items are received.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges that don’t make it to us.
