Summer 2026 Internship Opportunity

Salt ‘n Light’s summer internship team is made up of  12-16 individuals ages 17-24. These young people know Jesus, follow after His example, and are passionate about growing as Christian leaders. We are able to live out our vision of “Youth reaching youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ,” because of our interns who preach, sing, dance, act, lead games, write stories, handle production tech, and walk alongside of youth and youth leaders. For Your Information… 

1. This is a multi-ministry training position. Interns will serve in a variety of different ministry capacities throughout the internship. These responsibilities will include youth ministry, kids ministry, administrative work, teaching, planning, media, production, camp counseling, prayer, worship leading through music, worship leading through drama and dance, service leadership, fundraising, networking, social media, creating resource content and more.

3. During a Salt ‘n Light Summer Internship, you will be paid a bi-weekly honorarium. You will also receive training from local professionals in trauma responses, Safe Sanctuary regulations, Mandated Reporter training, and general youth ministry topics. 
4. If hired, you will receive a job title specific to your skill-set and responsibilities on the team.
