Chrisanna Andrews
Executive Director
Chrisanna Andrews joined the Salt n’ Light Team as an intern in 2014 and served in that capacity for three years. In 2021, Chrisanna joined the core staff as Salt ‘n Light’s Director of Creative Engagement, and stepped into the Executive Director Role in January, 2023. Chrisanna graduated from Messiah University in 2015 and has previously worked as a youth director in Carlisle, PA, and as a church planter in Dillsburg, PA. She has a Master’s Degree in Theatre from Regent University. Chrisanna lives in Carlisle with her son, Caleb and husband, Zack.
Christie Holliday
Director of Creative Arts
Starting as a summer intern in 2009, Christie moved into a permanent position with Salt ‘n Light after graduating from Messiah College in 2010. She oversees all the creative arts aspects of the ministry, including dance, drama, music, and videography. She lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband Davis and their cat Nacho.
Katey Merola
Director of Production and Media
Starting as a summer intern in 2016, Katey moved into a position with Salt ‘n Light in 2024. She oversees all the production and media aspects of the ministry. She lives in Mechanicsburg with family.

Megan Warren
Director of Community Partnerships
Starting as a summer intern in 2016, Megan moved into a position with Salt ‘n Light after working for New Hope Ministries. She will be working with Mt. Zion UMC as their Community Pastor. She lives in Carlisle with her husband Brendan and their dog.
