Relationships– We will remain relational in all areas of our work including in our partnerships with local churches and leaders, in our interactions with students, and in the development of our events and resources.

Character-  We will model kindness, Christ-like love, and a willingness to listen. We will operate in an atmosphere of grace and vulnerability, remaining accountable to God, one another, and our Board of Directors.

Creativity– We are passionate about creativity. We believe pursuing God with curiosity and wonder leads to the opening of hearts and the transformation of minds. We want God to use our creative work as the catalyst for change in young people’s lives.

Worship- We value heartfelt worship that is God-honoring, Spirit-directed, and life-changing.

Community– We want to cultivate a safe community where all individuals are valued, heard, and seen as beloved children of God with equal worth and dignity.

Ecumenism- As a parachurch non-profit organization,we serve and are composed of a wide variety of denominations and theological beliefs. We are committed to supporting students and leaders and believe there is room at the table for all churches.

Scripture – We seek to proclaim the good news of Christ in all areas of our ministry. While we acknowledge the primacy of Scripture in theological reflection, our attempts to grasp its meaning always involve tradition, experience, and reason.
