Love youth ministry? Passionate about lives changed by the Gospel? Ready to take the next steps in your ministry experiences!? Welcome to Salt ‘n Light! Salt ‘n Light Youth Ministry’s summer internship team is made up of about 15-20 individuals ages 17-24. These individuals know Jesus, follow after His example, and are passionate about youth ministry. We are able to live out our vision of “Youth reaching youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ,” because of our interns who preach, sing, dance, act, lead games, write stories, handle production tech, and walk alongside of youth and youth leaders. 2. During a Salt ‘n Light Summer Internship, you will be paid a bi-weekly honorarium. You will also receive training from local professionals in trauma responses, Safe Sanctuary regulations, Mandated Reporter training, and general youth ministry topics. 
3. If hired, you will receive a job title specific to your skill-set and responsibilities on the team. You will serve as a leader at our summer camping programs. You’ll be a part of our ministry team during any worship or retreat events. You may be asked to speak at youth ministry events. You will serve as a leader during any of our mission work projects. 

SEPTEMBER 2025-MAY 2026 INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

While summer is a big season of ministry at Salt ‘n Light, we have a variety of internship opportunities during the school year. You can now apply for a September-May internship! Our fall/winter/spring interns will lead youth retreats on weekends, partner with churches we connect with to lead programming at, and participate in our winter conference, “Zeteo,” on stage and off stage! Times will vary, but we ask these interns to generally have weekends and some weeknights available September-May.  If this is something that interests you…please prayerfully fill out this application. 3. If hired, you will receive a job title specific to your skill-set and responsibilities on the team. You will serve as a leader on youth group retreats. You will assist in leadership at our Battleball Tournaments, fundraising events, and help lead programming at churches, and be a part of our winter conference, Zeteo.
