About: 
Fred founded and is CEO of OMNI Interactive Systems which custom designs and installs electronic systems, and is an Army veteran of 5 years, having commanded units in the VXII Airborne Corps and 3rd Armored Division. Fred’s experience in healthcare includes the military, CEO of community hospitals, founder and CEO of hospital and healthcare companies, and following sale of his rehab hospital company, consultant to NovaCare, and HealthSouth. He has served on the boards of several public and private companies, and is currently Life Trustee of Alfred University (NY) and Wesley Theological Seminary (Washington, D.C), and is a PA Governor’s Commissioner for the PA Historical and Museum Commission. He is an alumnus of Alfred University (NY) and received his Masters in Administration from Cornell University, where he also served on the faculty for over 4 and ½ years.
